I'll look washed out because of my skin color.

But what the hell do they mean washed out?

Like pale? or what? Cause I always thought pale skin is the best skin color for blonde hair.

Basically pale yeah...like your skin and your hair will just be the same color...I like your hair dark like that I think it looks good...maybe you should do some highlights though that would look nice and would give you lighter color but not that washed out look..

Maybe don't go blonde straight away, put blonde highlights in. Not the huge wide ones just thin ones that are noticeable. It will really show you how different your hair can look if you just want it lighter.

you should go with alot of blonde hight-lights....don't go with the full dye.....it will look really cool with your brown undertones. The light highlights will 'brighten' your face. dw

...if you decide to go full blonde...remember the 'roots' will be a problem....at least do it gradually if you do go full blonde.

i think with your complexion your dark hair is great. going blonde would take it too far! getting some honey highlights would ad some fun color and help your skin tone too.
