Probably 1.5" thick barrel.
Why don't you bring the picture to the salon and have them do it for you...? I did, I received compliments from everybody. And your hands won't get tired if you have your stylist do it for you. You won't always get the results you what if you do it at home. And the hair salon you go to will know what's the actual size of the barrel.
