Hi! I am getting my hair cut and I need pictures to show my hair dresser for my hair but I don't know what to do. I have dirty blonde hair and it is already about two inches below my shoulder. I would like to get more layers in my hair, short bangs but not straight across, and above the shoulder length. Also my hair cut I'd like is kind of like Nicole Richie's but not that short.
