The brown hair looks better. The other pic looks to unnatural and isn't becoming of you. But i tell you which one makes you feel good that's the one to pick.

I like the brown one better. It looks more natural, and the streaks in the 2nd pic are just plain unnaturally spaced.

i think the 1st one (brown) it looks natural and the other way (no offense) makes your head look round when you smile. you could go with the highlighted one in the summer though.

Aside from what everyone else is saying, I think the second pick has the coolest looking dye job I've ever seen! But yes, you do look beautiful in the first one too.
